1. Who we are

This website, signalglobe.com (the "Site"), is operated by:

Studio DR is the data controller for the Site. SignalGlobe is built by Studio DR on behalf of DeoLink, a non-profit ministry — see our approach to privacy for how the SignalGlobe product itself handles data for its customers. This policy only covers signalglobe.com, the marketing and contact website you're reading now.

2. What data we collect

Contact form

Our contact page embeds a form hosted on DeoLink's own infrastructure (forms-en.deolink.org). When you submit it, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, so we can reply to your enquiry. We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to have that conversation.

Analytics

We use Matomo, a self-hosted analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, general location (derived from IP address), device type, and referring site. Matomo runs on our own server (analytics.studiodr.pl); the data is never sent to Google, Meta, or any other third-party analytics or advertising network. Matomo is configured not to set any cookies, and your IP address is stored with the last octet stripped (partial anonymization) before being saved.

Scheduling (Calendly)

If you choose to book a call through our Founder Mode section, you'll be asked to accept loading Calendly before the scheduler appears. Calendly is a third-party service; once you accept, your interaction with the embedded widget (and any details you enter to book a time) is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.

3. Cookies & local storage

The Site keeps things minimal:

• Necessary local storage — we remember whether you've accepted the Calendly consent prompt, stored only in your browser, so we don't ask again every visit.
• Analytics — our Matomo instance runs cookieless: it doesn't set any cookie in your browser. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used anywhere on the Site.
• Third-party (Calendly) — only loaded after you explicitly accept, and only on the page where you do so.

4. Who we share data with

We don't sell or rent your data. It's shared only with the processors needed to run the Site:

• DeoLink — hosts the contact form infrastructure; messages you send are visible to the SignalGlobe/Studio DR team handling enquiries.
• Calendly, Inc. — only if you choose to use the scheduler.
• Vercel Inc. — our hosting provider, which serves the Site's pages and handles standard web-server logs.

No customer data collected by the SignalGlobe product itself (i.e. the globes our customers embed on their own sites) is covered by this policy — that's addressed in the GDPR policy generator we provide to customers.

5. How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. Analytics data currently has no automatic deletion window and is retained indefinitely in our Matomo instance; you can ask us to remove your data at any time (see your rights below).

6. Your rights

Under GDPR (and equivalent laws where you're based), you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority

7. Security

The Site is served entirely over HTTPS. Access to the contact-form and analytics data is limited to the Studio DR/DeoLink team members who need it to run SignalGlobe.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and adjust the "last updated" date above.
